Cancellation Policy -
We require a minimum of 36 hours notice for all cancelations and changes. If less than 36 hours notice is given we reserve the right to charge 50% of your service. This will be sent by invoice or charged at your next appointment. We will do our best to avoid this charge (by filling the spot with another client) but it is also up to you to let us know ASAP if you can't make your appointment.
Cancellations and changes with little notice can have a significant impact on our small busniess. We hope you understand our need to enforce our cancelation policy and appreciate your understanding. Thanks!
